What is ISO/TC 262?
ISO/TC 262 Risk Management was created in 2011 as a Project Commitee and was converted to a full Technical Committee in 2012. Ist scope is »Standardization in the field of risk management«. There are three standards that are in the direct responsibility of ISO/TC 262:
- ISO Guide 73:2009 Risk management – Vocabulary
- ISO 31000:2009 Risk management – Principles and Guidelines
- ISO/TR 31004:2013 Risk Management – Guidance for the implementation of ISO 31000
In co-operation with IEC/TC 56 Dependability ISO/TC 262 is also responsible for the ISO input to
IEC 31010:2009 Risk managemement – Risk assessment rechniques

ISO/TC 262 AG 1 Communications was created in 2013 with the purpose of raising awareness of the TC 262 work program through effective communication and consultation with stakeholders. Its Communication Plan updated on Dec. 10th, 2015 provides for three instruments of communication:
